MBC Valeting LTD
By booking a service with MBC Valeting LTD, you enter into a binding agreement and accept the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional, secure, and reliable experience for all our clients across Kent and Medway.
1. Professional Booking & Payment
• Secure Pre-Payment: To guarantee your exclusive time slot, all services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Stripe Security: All transactions are processed through Stripe, a world-leading secure payment gateway. MBC Valeting LTD does not see or store your credit/debit card details.
• Confirmation: Your appointment is only secured once payment is received. You will receive an instant confirmation and VAT receipt via email.
2. Industry-Leading Cancellation Policy
As a mobile service, our schedule is precision-planned. We offer a fair refund policy to protect both your money and our technicians' time:
• 48 Hours+ Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a 100% Full Refund via Stripe.
• 24–48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window will receive a 50% Refund to cover route planning and lost availability.
• Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or "No-Shows" on the day are Non-Refundable.
3. Rescheduling
• You may move your appointment to a different date for free up to 24 hours before your booking.
• Rescheduling is subject to our current availability in your specific area of Kent or Medway.
4. Weather & Reliability Guarantee
• Professional Standards: We aim to provide a showroom finish every time. If extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures) prevents us from meeting our quality standards, we reserve the right to reschedule.
• Our Promise: In the event of a weather-related delay or mechanical breakdown on our part, you will be offered an immediate priority reschedule or a 100% Full Refund.
5. Zero-Prep Service (Our Guarantee)
• No Prep Needed: Unlike many other companies, we do not require you to "prepare" your vehicle. We handle all vehicle conditions, including heavy pet hair, mold, and deep staining, as part of our professional service.
• Total Convenience: You do not need to clear out rubbish or personal items unless you wish to. We handle the entire process from start to finish.
• Access: We only require that the vehicle is parked in a location that allows our technician roughly 1 metre of space to work safely around the car.
6. Trusted & Insured
• Ltd Company Status: MBC Valeting LTD is a registered Limited Company. We operate with the highest level of professional accountability.
• Full Insurance: We carry comprehensive Public Liability and "Items Worked Upon" insurance. Your vehicle is in the safest hands in the industry.
• Partnerships: Our reputation is backed by our ongoing partnerships with major fleet companies and main dealerships.
7. Monthly Maintenance Plans
• Our Monthly Maintenance options are a subscription service handled securely via Stripe.
• Members receive priority booking and fixed-rate professional care. Plans can be managed or cancelled with 30 days' notice.
8. Service Area
• We exclusively serve Kent and Medway. If a booking is made for an area outside of our coverage (e.g., London), we reserve the right to cancel and refund the booking.
